BETH E. VALOCCHI is an equity partner and member of the firm’s Management Committee. She practices from the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office where she concentrates her practice in complex litigation and insurance defense litigation of toxic and environmental torts, products’ liability and workers’ compensation claims. She has more than thirty years of experience litigating before all Delaware’s state and federal courts, helping her clients achieve positive results of a wide variety of disputes. She and other attorneys in the firm have been actively involved as trial counsel in six of the last eight asbestos cases that have gone to trial since the mid-2000s.
Before joining Swartz Campbell, she was a founding partner of Valocchi & Sasso, P.A. which merged with Swartz Campbell in 2007. Both in her own practice and now with Swartz Campbell, she has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and is on the approved counsel list for various insurers.
Ms. Valocchi resides in Downingtown, Pennsylvania with her husband Jeffrey who is a Magisterial District Judge and partner in the law firm of Valocchi and Fischer, PA. She is a board member of the Downingtown Library and has previously served on the East Brandywine Township Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board and the Board of the Downingtown Area Senior Center.
