ERIK S. UNGER
is an associate in the Professional Liability Group and focuses his practice on the representation and defense of attorneys, doctors, and other professionals.
Prior to joining Swartz Campbell, Mr. Unger worked for a dual function court agency that oversaw state licensed psychiatric facilities and litigated on behalf of mentally disabled clients in both civil and criminal matters. Mr. Unger also has experience handling family and matrimonial law matters.
Mr. Unger graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 2004 and from Hofstra University School of Law in 2008. While at Hofstra University School of Law, Mr. Unger was a Research Editor for the Family Court Review, Public Justice Foundation Fellow, Dean’s List recipient, and was awarded the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Award for Excellence in Family Law.
