WILLIAM C. MORLOK is of Counsel in our Mount Laurel, New Jersey office. He concentrates his practice in the area of toxic tort, products liability and workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Morlok is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has served as a certified arbitrator and mediator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.
Mr. Morlok earned his Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University in 2005. He then attended Rutgers School of Law-Camden, graduating in 2009. During law school, Mr. Morlok was an intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he was certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to represent the Office in court. Throughout law school, he was heavily involved in the Trial Advocacy Competition Team and was a founding member and teacher of a trial competition class. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy, which is awarded to one graduate from each of the Philadelphia law schools who has shown outstanding abilities in the area of trial advocacy.
Following law school, Mr. Morlok was an associate at a small firm in Philadelphia and then a law clerk for the late, Honorable David E. Krell in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He also clerked for the Honorable Ricardo C. Jackson, S.J. of the Complex Litigation Center in the Civil Trial Division, First Judicial District, Court of the Common Pleas of Pennsylvania.
