Allan Scholler joined Swartz Campbell LLC in the summer of 2007. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense matters involving products liability and commercial premises liability. Before joining the firm, Mr. Scholler served as a law clerk for the Honorable David W. Heckler of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Scholler received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2005 and his B.A in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002, where he served as a member of the Student Action Committee and was a four year recipient of the Cecelia Hand Nelson scholarship award for academic achievement.
