ANDRES GUTIERREZ DE COS is an associate in the firm's Wilmington office. He concentrates his practice in general litigation and personal injury. Mr. de Cos graduated from the University of Delaware in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts, double-majoring in History and Spanish with a legal studies minor. He went on to receive his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2007. He was admitted to practice in Delaware and New Jersey in 2007, and before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in 2008.

During law school, Mr. de Cos clerked for the Community Legal Aid Society, and a Wilmington personal injury firm. He was a participant in Widener's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and was admitted to the limited practice of law under supervision of the Delaware Civil Clinic, where he represented victims of domestic violence in the Family Court of the State of Delaware.

Mr. de Cos is fluent in Spanish and well-versed in French. He spent significant time living in Spain, where he holds dual-citizenship with the United States. Mr. de Cos's interests include history, philosophy, community chorale, volunteering, and non-conventional overland travel, having driven from New Jersey to El Salvador, and from Madrid to Dakar, Senegal.
