BETH E. VALOCCHI is a partner in the Wilmington, Delaware office where she concentrates her practice in complex litigation and insurance defense litigation of toxic and environmental torts, products liability and workers' compensation claims. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware. She is admitted in the U.S.D.C. for the district of Delaware, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Ct. of Appeals, for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Valocchi received a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester State University in 1976 and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 1984. Before joining Swartz Campbell, she was a founding partner of Valocchi & Sasso, P.A. Both in her own practice and now with Swartz Campbell, she has represented numberous Fortune 500 companies and is on the approved counsel list for various insurers.

Ms. Valocchi resides in Downingtown, Pennsylvania with her husband Jeffrey who is a partner in the law firm of Valocchi, Fischer & Laverty, LLC. She has been a member of the East Brandywine Township Planning Commission and has also served as a board member of the Downingtown Senior Center and the Downingtown Public Library.
