BRIAN KYLE HANSTEIN is an associate with the class action group in the Philadelphia Office. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and admitted to the State’s federal courts. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. His clients include Nationwide, Harleysville and Foremost Insurance.

Mr. Hanstein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984. He received a degree in the History and Sociology of Science (concentrating in the History of Medicine). He was president of his fraternity (Psi Upsilon Fraternity) and an ROTC Cadet from 1981 to 1983. He attended Temple University (now James Beasely) School of Law from which he received the degree of Juris Doctor in 1991. While at Temple, he was on the Moot Court Honor Society. He also won the Polsky Moot Court Best Brief Award in 1990.

Mr. Hanstein is an active collector of contemporary art by artists of the Northwest of England (primarily the Greater Manchester Area) as well as work by Nineteenth Century Danish painters, and graduates and students of Philadelphia’s Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
