DAVID A. DUBOIS is an associate in Swartz Campbell’s Philadelphia office, where he concentrates his practice exclusively in the area of subrogation. Mr. DuBois’ practice encompasses claims for property damage, personal injury, products liability and breach of contract.

Mr. DuBois received his B.A. in English, cum laude, from St. Bonaventure University, where he was the recipient of numerous academic awards including the opportunity to study at Oxford University in Oxford, England. Mr. DuBois received his J.D. from Villanova University Law School, where he served as Associate Editor and Special Projects Editor of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to joining Swartz Campbell, Mr. DuBois gained extensive experience in both subrogation and general defense litigation matters, as well as appellate procedure.

Mr. DuBois is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is an avid baseball fan and an amateur guitarist.
