Mr. Owens obtained his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in History from Millersville University in Pennsylvania. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. After serving a federal judicial clerkship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Mr. Owens joined Swartz Campbell LLC.

Mr. Owens is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Berks County Bar Associations. He also enjoys running, often running home from the office. In recent years, he has placed in the top five overall finishes in the Philadelphia Bar Association’s annual 5k run.
