GEORGE E. SABA, JR. is a partner in the firm’s Allentown Regional office where his practiced is focused on insurance coverage, under and uninsured motorist’s law, bad faith and complex litigation. He is currently barred in Pennsylvania and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. His clients include Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, AIG Insurance Group, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Hanson Aggregates, Inc., The Westfield Group and State Farm Insurance Company.

Mr. Saba is a former president of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He currently serves as a Special Trial Master in Luzerne County and a mediator for the National Arbitration and Mediation Association. He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has written numerous published articles in the fields of insurance practice and civil litigation. He has also served as a frequent lecturer for various professional associations including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the National Business Institute. Topics have included auto law, insurance coverage, good faith claims handling, trial technique and strategy, punitive damages, products liability and ethics. In addition, he has presented several seminars to numerous insurance clients and associations.

Mr. Saba has been recognized as a Super Lawyer as selected by Philadelphia Magazine.

Mr. Saba received his Bachelor of Arts from Wilkes College in 1982 with high honors, and is a graduate of the Delaware Law School. He was born and raised in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area prior to relocating to Harleysville, PA, where he currently resides with his wife, Linda, and their four children. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys playing hockey and coaching baseball.
