HILARY C. BONENBERGER is an associate in the Pittsburgh Office of Swartz Campbell where she dedicates the majority of her practice to representing product manufacturers and industrial contractors in the defense of toxic-tort related claims. Ms. Bonenberger’s practice also includes insurance defense litigation. Ms. Bonenberger began her legal career as the first Law Clerk for the four Judges who sit in as the First Judicial Circuit of West Virginia.

Ms. Bonenberger received her B.A. degree in English from the home of the Fighting Irish, the University of Notre Dame. She received her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law. She has been a member of the West Virginia Bar Association since 1998 and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 2000.

Ms. Bonenberger is originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, but has made Pittsburgh her home since 2000.
