J. KEATH FETTER, a partner in the firm’s West Chester office, concentrates his practice on the defense of casualty, product liability, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, civil rights, construction, and commercial contract litigation. Mr. Fetter is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and has been admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fetter is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Chester County (Vice President) Bar Associations and of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. He is a member of the Local Civil Rules Advisory Committee of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fetter graduated cum laude from Yale University and earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
