JANE A. LOMBARD has practiced in the area of Workers’ Compensation in Pennsylvania since 1988. Her practice involves representing insurance companies, self-insured employers, including Rohm and Haas, Ford Electronics, Wyeth Labs, and The Budd Company. She handles all aspects of the litigation of a worker’s compensation claim including claim petitions, termination petitions, modification and suspension petitions throughout much of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She has argued and briefed many matters before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, and before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Ms. Lombard earned her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pa. In 2006, Ms. Lombard was selected as a Top 50 Female Lawyer in Pennsylvania.
