JESSICA A. TEITELBAUM is an associate in the firm’s Fort Myers Regional Office. She concentrates her practice on civil litigation defense, handling insurance claim disputes, commercial contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, and personal injury claims in Florida federal and state courts. She also defends federal flood insurance claims brought under the National Flood Insurance Program and FEMA regulations for hurricane losses in Florida. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is a member of the Lee County and American Bar Associations.
Ms. Teitelbaum attended the University of Florida where she graduated 8th in her class (top 1%) in 1999. She graduated with high honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. At graduation, she was presented with the University of Florida Presidential Recognition for outstanding achievement and contributions to the University of Florida, and achieved membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the accredited business school equivalent to the liberal arts and sciences’ Phi Beta Kappa. She continued her education at the University of Florida College of Law, where she earned her law degree in 2002, and achieved membership in Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Fraternity. She has practiced with the firm since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002.
