L. JOHN ARGENTO brings to Swartz Campbell extensive experience as an active litigator at both the trial and appellate court levels in all jurisdictions throughout Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He concentrates his practice in Civil Litigation, particularly Personal Injury, Products Liability, Toxic Tort, Environmental, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Commercial, Construction, Premises Liability, Subrogation, Silica and Asbestos Litigation.

Mr. Argento is National Coordinating Counsel for two multi-national corporations. In this role, he is actively involved in the defense as well as in directing and supervising local counsel throughout the country.

In 2007, Mr. Argento was recognized by the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine and the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as being among the top 5 percent of practitioners in his practice specialty within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
