JOHN DEMPSEY represents clients in employment law matters, including litigation and daily advice and counseling. Mr. Dempsey also represents clients involved in civil litigation matters.

Mr. Dempsey is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Dempsey was Vice President and Senior Counsel for Cendant Timeshare Resort Group (now Wyndham Vacation Ownership) where he was responsible for all litigation and employment law matters.

Mr. Dempsey is a member of the Orange County, Florida, and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Dempsey received his J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University, where he was an Articles Editor on The George Washington Law Review.
