JOHN A. GAGLIARDI is an associate in the firm’s West Chester Regional Office. He specializes in bankruptcy law and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Gagliardi graduated from The Catholic University of America in 1996. After working with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division in Washington, D.C., he attended and earned his J.D. from Villanova University in 2001. While at Villanova, he was a member of the Pro Bono Law Student Association and the Villanova Public Interest Fellowship Program. Following law school, Mr. Gagliardi clerked for the Honorable Paul A. Teitler, ALJ, U.S. Department of Labor.

Mr. Gagliardi currently volunteers his time to the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project and works with law students through Villanova’s Lawyering Together Program. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Chester County Bar Associations.
