JOSEPH G. McHALE, originally hired as an associate in the Philadelphia Office, transferred to the Allentown regional office in 2005. Mr. McHale dedicates his practice to defense of clients in complex civil litigation in matters involving Motor Vehicle and Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage, Uninsured and Underinsured and Insurance Bad Faith.
Mr. McHale has extensive civil litigation experience having successfully tried major civil trials to verdict and Arbitrations in Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. McHale has successfully argued appellate cases in Pennsylvania and Vermont.
Mr. McHale has been a faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Business Institute and frequently lectures Insurers on the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law, Bad Faith and Premises Liability.
