KELLY A. HEMPLE is an associate with the workers’ compensation group in Philadelphia. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Her practice involves representing insurance companies and self-insured employers. She handles all aspects of the litigation of a workers’ compensation claim. She has argued and briefed matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and briefed matters pending before the Commonwealth Court. Ms. Hemple is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. She currently organizes the in-house continuing legal education program.

Ms. Hemple studied psychology at West Chester University, eventually earning a Bachelor of Arts in 2000. In 2003, she graduated from Widener University School of Law. She received a certificate of achievement for Sales & Leases which is awarded to the student with the highest grade in the class for the semester.
