KEVIN CANAVAN is a partner in the Philadelphia Toxic Tort group. Mr. Canavan also handles contract disputes, bankruptcy, estate planning and trusts. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Canavan attended Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School, and graduated with honors from Lafayette College, in Easton, Pennsylvania. He majored in Government and Law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1979.

Mr. Canavan is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. From 1986 to 1991, he was on the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Committee on Special Events. Mr. Canavan is a member of the Board of Directors of ZPT Foundation and the Tau Chapter Association of Zeta Psi Fraternity at his alma mater, Lafayette.

Mr. Canavan has been the trustee of the Platt Scholarship Trust of the Philadelphia Golf Association since 2003. Also, every year, Mr. Canavan plays an integral part in organizing the firm’s golf outing.
