KORI ANN CONNELLY concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage as well as employment and labor law. Ms. Connelly has represented and counseled numerous insurance companies regarding claims handling, coverage and bad faith. Additionally, she has represented employers defending claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and with regard to claims of wrongful discharge, breach of contract and defamation.

Ms. Connelly is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is admitted before the U.S. District Court of the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Ms. Connelly received her B.A. from La Salle University, summa cum laude, majoring in English. At LaSalle, she was a member of the Honors Program. She earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law where she was a Faculty Scholarship recipient. She is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Ms. Connelly was recently recognized in Super Lawyers Magazine, published by Philadelphia Magazine, for her volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity. She is on the group’s Board of Directors and is the Human Resources Committee Chairperson.
