KRISTY EITER-RUSH is an Associate at Swartz Campbell, LLC. She focuses her practice on General Insurance Defense, with a particular emphasis in Product Liability and Toxic Tort Litigation. Ms. Eiter-Rush is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association as well as the West Virginia Bar Association.

Ms. Eiter-Rush graduated from Allegheny College in 1999 with a B.A. in Political Science. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University in 2004, where she served as a member of Duquesne University’s Law Review. Ms. Eiter-Rush also received the CALI “Excellence for the Future Award” in Family Law while at Duquesne. Ms. Eiter-Rush joined Swartz Campbell in 2005.
