LISA A. BALESTRINI is an associate in our Scranton Regional Office. She practices almost exclusively in the area of casualty defense, and focuses her practice on professional malpractice and motor vehicle law. Ms. Balestrini also handles matters involving employment issues.

Ms. Balestrini has spoken to bar associations and health care provider associations on a variety of topics, including: How to Terminate an Employee Lawfully, Discrimination and Sexual Harassment-- The New Legal Landscape, Basic Wage and Hour Law in Pennsylvania, and Negligent Hiring.

Ms. Balestrini received her B.A. from Wilkes University in 1990, and her J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1996. Temple Law awarded her the William R. Spoffard Award for Outstanding Legal Scholarship in 1996. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
