MICHAEL B. GALBRAITH is an associate in the firm’s Wilmington office. He concentrates his practice in general litigation, toxic torts, mass torts, premises liability, products liability, construction litigation and constitutional law. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a concentration in Ethnic and Cultural Studies. He went on to receive his law degree from the Widener University School of Law in 2006.
During law school, Mr. Galbraith clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Alex J. Smalls of the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas. He was also a research assistant to Robert L. Hayman, Esq., Professor of constitutional law and a participant in Widener’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Furthermore, he also studied in Widener’s International Law Program in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Galbraith is admitted to practice in Delaware, and before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Prior to joining Swartz Campbell LLC, he gained extensive experience in the area of insurance defense litigation at another Wilmington law firm.
Mr. Galbraith’s interests include travel, sport fishing, ethnic cuisine, world history, reading, and exercise.
