MICHAEL E. GIBLIN is an associate in the Pittsburgh Regional Office, where his practice focuses on a variety of defense-oriented Civil Litigation matters including: Product Liability, Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Commercial, Construction and multi-jurisdictional Toxic Tort Litigation.

Mr. Giblin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000 and is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, he was named Best Oralist following the 1998-1999 Appellate Moot Court Competition and, upon graduation, was awarded the school’s Appellate Advocacy Award. Following graduation, he served a one year clerkship with the Hon. Eugene B. Strassburger, III, Calendar Control Judge for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. During his clerkship with Judge Strassburger, Mr. Giblin gained invaluable insight and experience in case evaluation and settlement strategy as he assisted the judge in conciliating nearly every civil case that proceeded to jury trial in Allegheny County.
