Michele E. Turner rejoins Swartz Campbell LLC after gaining a wealth of experience in a varied range of practice areas.

Ms. Turner graduated from Howard University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Temple University School of Law in 1992, where she received recognition for her outstanding advocacy skills. While in law school, Ms. Turner served as a law clerk to the Honorable Clifford Scott Green, Senior Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In 1992, she was a founding member and Assistant Executive Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review, a scholarly journal that enjoys a national reputation for excellence.

Ms. Turner is regularly appointed and serves as an arbitrator in the compulsory arbitration program of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She serves as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates, an organization committed to quality legal representation for abused and neglected children in Philadelphia. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania trial and appellate courts.
