MIRIAM DOLE, a partner in the firm’s Media, PA Regional Office, specializes in mass tort law, products liability, personal injury, corporate law and contract law. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit and the United States Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Dole currently serves on the Equipment Manufacturer’s Committee of MDL 875 in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Dole graduated magna cum laude from the University Pennsylvania with a B.A. in both Sociology and Interpersonal Conflict Resolution in 1980. She earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985. Ms. Dole acted as the Chair for the Board of Directors for the Community Dispute Settlement of Delaware County (1984-1986). She is a trained mediator with expertise in Conflict Resolution. She is also a member of the Delaware County, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Ms. Dole lives in Media, PA with her husband and two children. She has volunteered in various ways over the years to the Rose Tree Media School District and Media Little League. She is editing a book on conflict resolution in her spare time.
