PAUL A. PAUCIULO, a partner in the Philadelphia Office, focuses on representing employers in workers’ compensation matters. With Swartz Campbell since 1992, Paul had litigated hundreds of workers’ compensation cases for self-insured employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators. He has represented clients’ matters pending throughout Pennsylvania, as well as before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, Commonwealth Court, and Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Paul is a frequent lecturer and writer on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters, and is the 2007 Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He has been a featured lecturer for Lorman Educational Services, and has addressed various employer and insurance groups on workers’ compensation topics.
