RICHARD D. HARBURG specializes in workers’ compensation claims. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Harburg earned is Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from Harvard University Law School. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1955 to 1972. He is a member of the Federation of Insurance & Corporate Law.

Mr. Harburg has lectured at the Pennsylvania Defense Institute on both Workers' Compensation Law and Ethics and Professionalism.
