ROBERT S. RICHMAN devotes 100% of his practice to the representation of national and local corporations, insurance carriers, third party administrators and self-insureds before Workers’ Compensation Judges throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. Richman graduated from The American University in Washington, D.C. with a B.A. in Political Science. Thereafter, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law where he served as an Associate Editor and Business Manager for the Journal of Law and Commerce.

Mr. Richman is admitted to practice law in all Pennsylvania state courts. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Richman is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. He and his wife reside in Squirrel Hill, PA.
