SUZANNE T. TIGHE made the move from our Philadelphia Office to the Scranton Office in 2005. She specializes in insurance defense and has lectured extensively on the topic, including presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Motor Vehicle Update, and The 17th Annual Civil Litigation Update — Motor Vehicle and at the National Institute’s Discovery in Bad Faith Cases. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Tighe earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton in 1994. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science. In 1997, she received her J.D. from Dickinson Law School.

Ms. Tighe is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute serving on the Automobile Law Committee, as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.
