September 6, 2016: Swartz Campbell is pleased to announce that Gregory Stokes, Esq., a partner at Swartz Campbell LLC, and Eli Granek, Esq., an associate with the firm, presented “Understanding, Defending, and Valuing Cosmetic-Talc Claims” to Resolute Management, Inc. on March 31, 2016. Mr. Stokes and Mr. Granek presented to claims adjusters and account managers across the country. The presentation discussed the science and law at issue in Cosmetic-Talc claims, strategies for defending against these cases, and how to value them.
