Curtis P. Cheyney, III, a partner in the Philadelphia office, gave a series of three presentations about developments in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in December 2007.  The presentations took place on December 4^th in Pittsburgh, December 12^th in Harrisburg and December 20^th in Philadelphia. 

Mr. Cheyney presented on professional liability, debtor protection remedies and other topics related to the collection of consumer debts under the Federal Fair Debt Collections Act and the PA Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act.
