On June 3, 2008, Swartz Campbell and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute hosted a Continuing Legal Education seminar at the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Presenters included Lexis representative, Lisa A. Germann, Esquire, Terri Morris, Ph.D., ABPN, and Kevin Ong, Ph.D. and Yakov Shkolnikov, Ph.D. of Exponent. 

Ms. Germann addressed legal research utilizing secondary legal materials. Dr. Morris spoke about the cause and assessment of traumatic brain injuries. Dr. Ong discussed accidents involving failure of medical devices. Dr.  Shkolnikov presented information regarding investigation of electrical injuries. 

Swartz Campbell hosts four in-house Continuing Legal Education programs a year which clients are free to attend.  Attendance at each program results in three Continuing Legal Education credits for attorneys barred in the Commonwealth.
