Swartz Campbell hosts 4 in-house Continuing Legal Education programs a year which clients are free to attend.  Attendance at each program results in three Continuing Legal Education credits for attorneys barred in the Commonwealth.

On March 4, 2008, Swartz Campbell and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute hosted a Continuing Legal Education seminar at the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Presenters included Walter F. McDonough, Esquire, a partner in Swartz Campbell’s Philadelphia office, as well as Timothy G. Joganich, M.S., C.H.F.P., and Andrew J. Rentschler, Ph.D., from ARCCA, Inc., a forensic engineering and consulting firm.

Mr. McDonough, a frequent instructor and lecturer on litigation tactics and practice, presented a session on jury selection, addressing both practical and strategic considerations. Mr. Joganich and Mr. Rentschler presented information on the injury biomechanics concerning slip and fall accidents and low speed impact collisions.

Swartz Campbell’s next Continuing Legal Education seminar will take place on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia, PA from 4:30-8:00 p.m.  If you would like information about upcoming CLEs offered at Swartz Campbell, please contact Kelly A.
