On September 15, 2008, Swartz Campbell and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute hosted a Continuing Legal Education seminar at the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Presenters included Josh Byrne, a partner in the Philadelphia office, Andrew Howard Shaer, M.D., and Coleen Fowler, Esquire of the LIG Group. 

Mr. Byrne addressed attorney ethics and how to avoid ethical violations.  Dr. Shaer spoke about diagnostic imaging techniques in evaluating neck and back pain.  Ms. Fowler present information regarding Medicare Set Aside submissions.   

Swartz Campbell hosts four in-house Continuing Legal Education programs a year which clients are free to attend.  Attendance at each program results in three Continuing Legal Education credits for attorneys barred in the Commonwealth.
