The Cleveland office of Swartz Campbell opened in early 2002. From the beginning, the office has defended various clients in numerous asbestos and silica product liability cases filed around Ohio and in federal court. Representative clients include The Okonite Company (one of the oldest electrical wire and cable companies in the United States), Dixon Ticonderoga Company, Schramm, Inc., Mau-Sherwood Supply Company and Sunoco, Inc. (R&M).
Swartz Campbell lawyers also litigate business contract disputes, workers' compensation and insurance matters. Kenneth F. Krawczak is the partner in charge of the office and has been in practice since 1977.
