Swartz Campbell’s Scranton office officially opened for business in downtown Scranton on March 1, 1997. This office, which is nestled between the Pocono and Endless Mountain ranges, is the firm’s northernmost Pennsylvania office. This location was strategically selected to enable us to best serve the needs of valued clients who required our legal expertise in the Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area, as well as throughout the entire northeastern Pennsylvania region.
The Scranton office is presently staffed by four extensively experienced attorneys and we welcome you to peruse their individual biographies. Two of our Scranton attorneys specialize in Pennsylvania worker’s compensation issues: Sheilah A. Tone and Brian M. Hemak, together with the support of their capable are staff, have represented our clients in worker’s matters throughout all levels of the administrative process and the civil appellate system. We also have two attorneys specializing in civil litigation. Suzanne Tighe, who divides her time between the Scranton and Philadelphia offices, focuses her practice on insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Lisa Balestrini, in addition to handling professional liability matters and employment law issues, also focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation.
