All forms of property damage claims, including personal injury matters and indemnification claims, are handled by attorneys in the Property Claims Group.  The firm has extensive experience in both property damage and construction risks litigation, including suits arising out of liability claims incident to design/build projects.  In such claims, the firm has represented owners, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors.  These liability, damage and contract claims encompass various contract settings, including those arising under standard American Architect Association contracts and those involving issues of liquidated damages, damage caps, elimination of liability or exclusive of liability for consequential damages and other damage-focused contract provisions.  Attorneys are also regularly involved in the handling of property damage subrogation matters.
