ANDREW J. REILLY, a member of the firm’s Management Committee, is a partner in the Media Office. He practices in the areas of municipal liability, personal injury, real estate, commercial litigation, municipal law, and government relations. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and admitted to the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His clients include Villanova University, Pennrose Properties, the Wolfson Group, the Delaware County Redevelopment Authority, the Delaware County Economic Development Oversight Board, the Brandywine Conference and Visitors’ Bureau, Township of Aston, Pennsylvania, and the Southern Delaware County Authority. He also represents the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum on a pro bono basis.
Mr. Reilly received his Bachelor of Science at Susquehanna University, majoring in both Marketing and Finance. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.
Mr. Reilly is an active member of Delaware County Community. He is a former member of the Delaware County Council (County Commissioners), where he served as Chairman from 2006-2008. He formerly served as a Commissioner on the Delaware River Port Authority, having been appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett in 2012. Mr. Reilly is also a former member of the Board of the Delaware County Solid Waste Authority, Riddle Memorial Hospital and the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, where he served as Chairman of the Law and Finance Committee. Mr. Reilly serves as Chairman of the Southeast PA Caucus of the Pennsylvania Republican Party and is formerly the Chairman of the Delaware County Republican Committee.
Mr. Reilly has previously served as a Board Member on the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority and is presently Chairman of the Advisory Board for United Savings Bank.
Mr. Reilly has received numerous community awards, including induction into the Media Area Sports Hall of Fame and the Penncrest High School Distinguished Alumni Award.
