Eliza Cercone-VanGilder

Eliza Cercone-VanGilder focuses her practice in the areas of products liability, toxic torts, personal injury, and premises liability. Prior to joining Swartz Campbell, Eliza clerked for the Honorable Jacob E. Reger of the 26th Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. A native West Virginian, Eliza earned her Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law, with a concentration in Public Interest. While in law school, Eliza served in the Litigation and Advocacy Clinic and was awarded a public interest advocacy fellowship to intern at Childlaw Services, Inc.

Eliza is admitted to practice law in the State of West Virginia.
