M. ELIZABETH NAUGHTON BECK is a partner in the Media Regional Office. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations. Her areas of practice include uninsured and underinsured motor vehicle law, premises liability, product liability and municipal law. Her clients include Pennrose Properties, LLC, The Wolfson Group, Inc., Great American Insurance Company, North American Risk Services, The Hartford Insurance Group, Nationwide Insurance Company, and Aston Township, where she serves as the Township solicitor. She is a former law clerk to the Honorable Charles B. Burr, II of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Beck attended Villanova University, where she was on the Dean’s List and served as the President of the Student Union. While at Villanova, she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. She earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1991. While at Widener, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and attended a semester at the University of Nairobi, Faculty of Law in Nairobi, Kenya.
Ms. Beck is currently Chairperson of the Delaware County Drug & Alcohol Advisory Council and serves on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations in Delaware County: The Community’s Foundation and Values into Action. She is a former Chairperson and member of the Delaware County Women’s Commission. She is also a former member of the Delaware County Historical Society Board of Directors, Media Rotary Board of Directors, and Walden School Board of Directors.
