MEGAN WILLIAMS is an attorney in our Wilmington, Delaware Office practicing in the areas of personal injury and asbestos litigation. She is a native Delawarean, a graduate of Caravel Academy and the University of Delaware, where she majored in Political Science. Megan graduated cum laude from the Delaware Law School in 2017, where she served as a managing editor of the Widener Law Review and received the Outstanding Student Service Award upon graduation.
While in law school, Megan served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Civil Clinic, the Domestic Violence Community Awareness Project student coordinator, and as a summer intern for the Honorable Charles E. Butler of the Delaware Superior Court. Megan also clerked for the Honorable Mary S. Much of the Family Court of Delaware from 2017 to 2019.
Megan is admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware. She is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Delaware State Bar Association including the Young Lawyer’s Association, Women and the Law, and the Torts and Insurance sections.
