Paige J. Funchion

PAIGE J. FUNCHION is an associate with the Toxic Tort Litigation Department in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Funchion concentrates her practice in the areas of products liability, premises liability and toxic tort.

Ms. Funchion is license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Funchion received her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School. While in law school, Ms. Funchion served as a research assistant for a professor with a focus on ERISA and life insurance policies. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk for a plaintiff’s insurance firm. Through this work, Ms. Funchion gained valuable experience in both contract and insurance law.

Ms. Funchion received her Bachelor’s degree in Education and Public Policy from The Pennsylvania State University.
