Tyler Davis

TYLER DAVIS is an associate with the Toxic Tort Litigation Department in the firm’s Philadelphia office and concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, premises liability and toxic tort.

Tyler graduated magna cum laude from Bethany College in 2015 before earning his Juris Doctor at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2018. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth J. Powell Jr. in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas – Mass Tort Program. Prior to joining Swartz Campbell, he worked for a local insurance defense firm with a national presence in asbestos litigation.

Tyler is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and two boxers.
