PHILADELPHIA, May 24, 2017: Swartz Campbell is pleased to announce that Gregory M. Stokes has been appointed to a three-year term as a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. “The disciplinary system is created and governed by the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement, a broad set of rules by which the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania carries out its constitutional authority to regulate the practice of law in Pennsylvania.” Hearing Committee members hear cases and review files concerning attorneys located within a certain district of the State.
